Returning Goods

1. Return Period: You can return the goods within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Conditions: The goods must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. Please also include the proof of purchase.
3. Return Process: Contact our customer service at fp@reda.cz. We will then send you instructions for returning the goods.
4. Return Costs: The cost of returning the goods is covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Exchanging Goods

1. Exchange Period: You can exchange the goods within 30 days of delivery.
